Contact and Support

Amazon owns the whole transaction once you buy there. Delivery, payment, a return, a replacement: all of it runs through your Amazon account and none of it runs through this site. What the slicer does, which comb blade cuts 3 mm strips and why the body cannot go in a dishwasher are covered on the homepage.

Your order

Start With Your Amazon Order

The order record already holds your receipt, where the parcel is and how long the return window has left. Nobody needs you to retype any of it. Everything below gets settled there:

  • A parcel that stopped moving or never showed up
  • Returns, exchanges and refunds
  • A charge that looks wrong on the invoice
  • A slicer that arrived cracked, chipped or short of its comb blades
  • Reporting a seller or a misleading listing
  • Replacement or repair of a faulty unit

A damaged slicer gets swapped or refunded through the same order. That is faster than any repair, and it is the route Amazon supports.

About the slicer

Answers on This Site

Benriner Co., Ltd. manufactures these slicers in Japan and does not run consumer support for Amazon orders. Sizing, thickness ranges, comb-blade widths, cleaning and replacement-blade compatibility are all covered here:

Before ordering a replacement blade, check the model number on the body. A No. 64 blade will not seat in a Super No. 95, and older green bodies take different parts again.

About this website

benriner.org covers the Benriner mandoline range and earns an affiliate commission when a qualifying Amazon purchase starts from one of these links. Nothing is added to what you pay. This domain runs no support desk and no phone line, because delivery, payment and refunds sit with whoever placed the order.

Anything concerning this website rather than an order goes through the contact form in the WHOIS entry for benriner.org.
